Garth Neufeld is Professor of Psychology at Cascadia Collegeis passionate about producing experiences that improve the personal and professional lives of others. He is the founder of On Mission Consulting and Teaching Introductory Psychology Northwest and he is the co-founder of the PsychSessions Podcast and Intro Psych Coast-to-Coast. He has given dozens of national talks and trainings on applied psychology and he has served the national educational community in various leadership roles through the American Psychological Association (APA). He is the recipient of APA’s Wayne Weiten Teaching Excellence Award and in 2018 he was awarded the Citizen Psychologist presidential citation from the APA for co-founding Shared Space For All (www.sharedspaceforall.com). In 2023, Garth also received APA’s International Humanitarian Award. He is the co-editor of the book “Transforming Introductory Psychology” and has co-written many scientific and popular articles and book chapters.
